Step 1:

Right-Mouse click on any practice file and select "Open..." to begin playing it.

Step 2:

Once it opens in Windows Media Player, from the menu, select "View" and then "Enhancements" and then click on "Play Speed Settings".

Step 3:

Now notice the Play Speed Setting slider bar on your screen. Slide it back and forth to make the piece play slower or faster.
